In order to insure the highest level of service to your family, we need you to fill out our intake package. We know that the paperwork associated with many programs can be daunting. It is our hope that we can make this process as easy as possible. You can download and print the application as a .pdf file and then fax it into us. You can also call us and we can fax the application to you.

To ensure your child's place on a particular Expedition, you should get your paperwork to us as early as possible; we occasionally have places open before an Expedition, but not always. Please make sure we get the completed application prior to the start of an Expedition.
