In order to insure the highest level of service to your family, we need you to fill out the following forms. We know that the paperwork associated with many programs can be daunting. It is our hope that we can make this process as easy as possible.

You can submit the majority of the forms directly from the website, and print and sign all appropriate forms to fax or mail the originals to us.

To ensure your child's place, you should get your paperwork to us as early as possible; we occasionally have places open before an Expedition, but not always. Please make sure we get the completed application prior to the start of an trip.
